How to track my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically it takes 5-10 business days to receive your order. Certain items can take longer but our efficient delivery team will always update you.

What is the return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason or in the rare instance you have experienced any defects with the product(s) ordered, please contact us within 14 days to see if we can resolve the issue. This could be determined through sending out a replacement product, component, or an alternative solution that is suitable. Can I exchange an item?

All our beds are made from scratch and bespoke, for that reason we're unable to offer exchanges unless of course there's a manufacturing fault or defect. However give us a call on 01924 763924/07759 680229 and we'd be happy to try and help

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, we offer optional assembly on many of our products. You can select this service at checkout if it's available for your item.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty length varies by item and is listed on each product page.
